Airial started
The Veteran Woman brand out of necessity. After transitioning out of the military, she realized how lonely it was on the other side. She then learned that she wasn't the only veteran who experienced a rough transition. After being diagnosed with social anxiety, PTSD, panic disorder, and major depression, Airial knew her calling was to help other veterans find ways to cope with their transition. She began her journey as a Certified Solution-Focused Life Coach and built her business solely online. Her safety net from social anxiety and panic attacks was to hide behind a computer and phone. Inadvertently, she became a sought out expert for others looking to build their brand in the online space.
With her experience as a Multimedia Illustrator and Information Systems Analyst while in the military, coupled with her experience as an entrepreneur, Airial decided to embrace her expertise as a Personal Branding Coach & Digital Marketing Expert.
The Veteran Woman brand has afforded Airial many opportunities - book collaborations, speaking opportunities, newspaper cover stories, event sponsorships, guest podcasting, and so much more! Now it is her mission to help other entrepreneurs to not only build a memorable personal brand but to build an entire culture and community around that brand.
She truly believes that entrepreneurship is one avenue to reduce homelessness and suicide rates among veterans.
